The property is located just a couple of minutes’ walk to Chirivel where all basic amenities can be found such as:  schools, banks, medical centre, supermarkets, pharmacy, communal pool, etc. The market town of Velez-Rubio is only a 15 minute drive where all the bigger supermarkets, shops, bank etc. can be found.
