If you love peace and quiet and nature this is the place for you. The property has a good size living room with fireplace, a kitchen of 6.07m2 and 5 bedrooms of 7.46m2, 10.92m2, 9.31m2, 8.88m2 and 9.12m2, there is also a small bathroom of 3.47m2, with toilet, sink and bidet. This remote country property is located on 9km from Yecla and has a 2 km long non-asphalted access road. Even though it is remote there is still 4G reception and there are a few neighbors around.
